The Farm

Come with me on the journey of restoring my father's old farmstead.

Nothing fancy here, I'm starting from almost nothing and challenging myself to create a working operation using the same techniques that the farmers of the 1950s - 1960s used.

I am also challenging myself to create an operation that is humane and environmentally friendly.

​

I look forward to hearing your suggestions and advice, and will set up sample plots to test different ideas and to learn.

This journey is truly about farming and gardening, and everyone is encouraged to join in so we can learn from each other.

 

Retired farmers and gardeners are encouraged to help out. I need your advice!

Follow with or better yet, come to the farm and get your hands dirty.

Produce raised will be offered to members and our vulnerable neighbors first.
