Healthy Foods Continual Beef Subscription Agreement..

​

1) I understand I am entering a twelve month agreement with twelve equal monthly payments at the per month rate I             decided I can afford.

​

2) I understand I will have the option to choose each month which cuts of meat I would like to receive the next month. 

​

3) I understand my orders will be limited to my monthly spending budget which I declared at the start of this agreement.

​

4) I understand that my cost per lb. for each cut of beef is dictated by the beef menu sheet provided to me before signing      this agreement.

​

5) I understand my subscription covers processing, delivery and sales tax expenses.

​

6) I understand  I will be expected to sign a contract of sale before this sale is final.

​

7) I understand and agree that all terms of sale on my signed contract including but not limited to the payment                       schedule, and  total cost supersedes any suggested terms of sale spoken, or written.

​

8) I understand this offer of healthy food assumes I am a member and is void without membership.

​

9) I understand all offers made by Humanity Earth are void where prohibited by city, county, state, or federal law or       regulations.

​

10) I understand Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin Members can expect monthly deliveries of        meat ready for the freezer.
